I take organic caramels (no corn syrup in these delicious treats), dip them in chocolate and sprinkle them each with sea salt. Select the type of chocolate you'd like them dipped in. And for those who are vegan or have a dairy intolerance - I offer a vegan dipped dark chocolate caramel. Please note that if you pick MILK chocolate - the chocolate is NOT dairy free or vegan.
Caramels: cane sugar, organic tapioca syrup, cream, butter, milk, vanilla
Vegan Caramels: vegan organic cane sugar, organic tapioca syrup, organic coconut milk, organic coconut oil, organic agave nectar, organic vanilla.
For those worried about sodium you can opt to not have it topped with sea salt. However I use fleur de sel sea salt, contains a wide variety of nutrients and mineral salts – some 84 trace elements including iron, zinc, magnesium, iodine, calcium, potassium, copper and fluoride – many more than other types of salt in addition to having a higher level of sodium chloride. Sodium chloride is used to treat or prevent sodium loss caused by dehydration, excessive sweating, or other causes.

I source all of my chocolate direct from the farmers in Ecuador so it's straight from the farm, organic chocolate.
