About this Product
I use fresh pecans from local farms in Georgia collected each season. A layer of organic caramel (no corn syrup ever!) and topped with 70% organic dark chocolate. Sprinkled with a little fleur de sel salt. Perfection. Choose milk or dark chocolate. For those with a dairy or lactose intolerance or who are vegan select dark chocolate with the vegan caramel option. Please note that MILK chocolate doesn't come in vegan / dairy free option.
For those worried about sodium you can opt to not have it topped with sea salt. However I use fleur de sel sea salt, contains a wide variety of nutrients and mineral salts – some 84 trace elements including iron, zinc, magnesium, iodine, calcium, potassium, copper and fluoride – many more than other types of salt in addition to having a higher level of sodium chloride. Sodium chloride is used to treat or prevent sodium loss caused by dehydration, excessive sweating, or other causes.

How it’s Made
I use pecans from the most recent season and caramels that are free of corn syrup. I source all of my chocolate directly from an organic farm in Ecuador. So it's all straight from the farm heirloom chocolate.
