About this Product
A vertical wall decor piece hand made by me. I made the gelli papers and the strip with Butterflys printed on it and the large piece of white with the Stone on it. I go to Dixie Caverns here in SW Va. off Interstate 81 for rocks and polished stones in their gift shop. The white lacy paper I've had for a while and hope I can find more. I may have to go to Mish Mish in Blacksburg, no one has hand made papers here in the Roanoke-Salem area.I framed it in an off white frame at 18" x 10" under glass, so I will need to put a lot of tape on the glass and use extra bubble wrap for it's journey to you. I am a professionally trained picture framer, just to let you know this frame is a favorite. I can gift wrap and write a card with your sentiments if you want me to send it straight to your recipient, NO extra charge.

Meet the Maker
Sue is an artist living in the Blue Ridge Mountains of SW Virginia, Salem to be exact. She has painted most of her life and hopes to be painting when she passes. She has dabbled in all the mediums and currently enjoys collage. Preferring to stay indoors, since the heat has gotten so bad, in the autumn or spring she still enjoys plein aire painting.
How it’s Made
I use archival, light fast professional materials in all my work. Sometimes I use texture paste or heavy gel and stencils. A lot of my work has gelli prints or old book pages for texture too. This work has gelli prints and handmade papers and a polished rock. Does not need to be under glass.
I use golden or liquitex varnish to protect so you never have to worry about wiping dust or ketchup (LOL) off your purchase. Simply use a damp soft cloth and nothing else.
I would also suggest you cut the size (18x10) out of a piece of paper so you can see the size where ever you want to place it, because the photos may not be to scale!
