About this Product
The vase is an acrylic pour that reminded me of a vase I made years ago. I added some bright yellow wild flowers. Love this square format.
Varnished and wired, ready to hang.
A great gift for any gardeners or art collectors. I can gift wrap and send straight to your recipient with a hand made note card with your sentiments , if you like. NO CHARGE.
Sue Furrow Fine Art
Meet the Maker
Sue is an artist living in the Blue Ridge Mountains of SW Virginia, Salem to be exact. She has painted most of her life and hopes to be painting when she passes. She has dabbled in all the mediums and currently enjoys collage. Preferring to stay indoors, since the heat has gotten so bad, in the autumn or spring she still enjoys plein aire painting.
How it’s Made
Acrylics are mixed with a pouring mediums, then poured onto a non-stick surface. After it is dry, you call it a skin!. A skin can be cut into various shapes, which is what I did here. It reminded me of a vase I made a very long time ago. Add some wild flowers and I had a still life!
I use professional grade acrylics which are described as being light fast for 100 years!
Because I give it a good coat of hi quality varnish, if it gets dusty or your kids throw ketchup in the air, (mine did) all you have to do is dampen a rag and wipe clean.
And yes, they were grounded.
