Feeling overwhelmed with all the paint color choices and struggling to envision a new color in your room? Let a professional Interior Designer assist you by recommending paint colors to coordinate with your existing furnishings and show you the color options in your home virtually!
The price is a per-room cost and is for one room.
PLEASE NOTE: This listing is for a single-room paint color consultation. You will receive 4 different paint color selections along with the 4 corresponding photo mock-ups of your room (one view only). Paint color rendering is for walls only and is not applicable to trim, cabinets, or other items in your room. Your paint color recommendations will be sent to you within approximately 4 business days of receipt of your design questionnaire and photos.
DESIGN PROCESS Ready to start? Here is what happens after you place your order: Upon placing your order, you will receive confirmation which includes my downloadable design questionnaire.
▪▪ The questionnaire helps me learn about you and your design needs. I would like to learn about your style and color preferences and wishes for your design. I want to have a good understanding of exactly what you need and what look you would like to achieve with your paint color consultation.
▪▪ The step is an extremely important part of the design process. The information that you submit allows me to get to know you and your home, giving the details I need to provide you with paint colors that work for your needs and a look you will love.
▪▪The last step is to provide picture(s) of your room; the better the quality of your photo the better the paint color rendering will look. The less cluttered your room is in the photo (you might consider temporarily removing anything unnecessary) the better you can see the new color options. If more than one photo is sent, I will select the best photo for the rendering unless you request otherwise.
If you are looking for a little less, I offer semi-custom paint color palettes. These are ideal if you are comfortable placing the colors within your home yourself and just need a cohesive color scheme. My most memorial design moments always centered around color! Working as a young assistant in an architecture firm, I was often given the task of selecting exterior color palettes.
Years later, when I appeared on HGTV’s Designers’ Challenge, the outtakes (okay - bloopers) I repeatedly said the name of the wall color which was “Roasted Sesame Seed” as “Roasted Sesame Street”. My first-time mom brain was mixed up and the color name was cut during editing. Years later, I would know when the episode aired again as my inbox would fill with the same question – what is the name of the paint color in the design?
Color has always been the connective thread of my career!
