They come in a group of 12: your choice of either all 12 of either the flowers or the butterflies, or six of each. If you opt for the small butterfly, you can choose a mixture of flat and flutter if you'd like.
There are actually two different sizes. You can opt for one or a mixture of both. The large measures approximately 2 1/2 inches, while the smaller sized are closer to 1 1/2 inches.
With regard to the flower: the larger size actually features a second layer, which is the top petal of the flower. The smaller flower does not. It is flat.
With regard to the butterflies: You have your choice of either "flutter" or flat with the small butterfly. Flutter is simply a second layer that is added to replicate the look of fluttering wings. The large butterfly, however, only comes in the "flutter" style.
They're made with a couple of layers of heavy cardstock, a little bit of glitter and a bamboo stick.
