At Trinda Magic, all products are unique, one-of-a-kind creations, handmade with love. Your satisfaction is very important to me. I do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations, but please contact me if you have any problems with your order. I'll be happy to answer any inquiries prior to your purchase. The only surprise I want you to have is when you feel the item you purchased is even better in person! If an item arrives damaged or broken, please let me know within 5 days of receipt (due to shipping insurance requirements). I will work with you to replace the item.
Free Shipping (with insurance and tracking):
All items are shipped with insurance and tracking within 1-3 business days from the date of your order (additional time will need to be added for custom orders). Please make sure you provide the correct shipping address. You'll receive a shipping notification and tracking number when the package ships. Please send me a message if you want to pay for expedited shipping or are requesting shipping to an address outside the USA. If a package is returned, I will request any additional shipping fees prior to re-shipment.
