Meet the Maker
Hello and welcome! Everything is handcrafted in our home studio in a small village in Wisconsin. Each gnome is lovingly crafted with attention to detail, giving them their own unique personality. Our collection of everyday and seasonal gnomes are created from upcycled clothing, making them very unique, while adding a touch of whimsy and warmth to any space. Our collection of memorial and awareness gnomes are created as heartfelt gifts for those that need comfort and support. We also create magnets, ornaments, and occasionally other home decor to bring warmth and whimsy to your home.
My name is Deb and I loved crafting since I was a child. I am the youngest of ten children and my Mom was extremely inspiring with her resourcefulness and craftiness. She taught us to make the time to do what you love.
While I crafted many different projects over the years, I started making gnomes in 2018, after I became an empty nester. I initially consigned them to local gift shops, and with the encouragement of my two daughters, I started selling them on-line in 2020. While I make the gnomes, my husband uses a glowforge to create the items they hold, as well as magnets, ornaments and other decor. Our two rescue cats like to supervise our work. It's a great team effort!
Every purchase allows us to continue to create meaningful pieces, while allowing a portion of the profits to help others in need. We hope to get an opportunity to serve you!
