About this Product
There are times throughout American history where our leaders have risen to meet the moment and fight the challenges our nation faces from within as well as without.
This is not one of those times. Here we have yet another New York politician utterly failing to do the right thing. The standards aren’t that high; don’t put the interests of a foreign power above those of your constituents and endorse a fellow Democrat to lead NYC into the future.
He can’t even do that. There is hope, however. It is said that he will not be seeking re-election, and there are rumblings of none other than AOC possibly taking his place if she chooses to take that step. Here’s to hoping!
We will survive this together. And we will laugh at the fascists while we do it. Art touches us all, and politics is the way we believe others should be treated. Art can inform and inspire in a language universal to all human beings, and one language we are all fluent in is laughter. Laughter is bravery. Laughter sustains. Laughter unites. My cards are tools for not just surviving but for strengthening us, inspiring us, and reminding us that there is still joy to be found, if we are brave enough to recognize it.
