SHIPPING & DELIVERY:
Your wreath will be shipped in a large box, securely fastened with zip ties to prevent movement or damage during transit. The package will be packed so that no fluffing of the wreath will be required upon arrival.

How it’s Made
The wreath is made using a wire metal frame with both poly burlap and fabric mesh. The center Star is made of styrofoam which has a slight shimmery finish allowing the light to catch the shimmers adding more interest and glam to the wreath. Only high quality materials are used. I take great pride and care in every creation to ensure my customers are happy with their purchase. As well when the wreath is prepared for shipping, the wreath is placed in a sturdy box to which the wreath is secured to prevent any shifting or movement during the delivery process, ensuring that the product you see on GoImagine is the product you receive at your home.
Shop Policies
Processing Time: Items will ship in 1-2 business days. Saturdays, Sundays and holidays do not count as business days. If there will be a delay for any reason on our end, we will contact buyer.
Shipping: We ship via USPS Ground Advantage and UPS Ground. Delivery times will vary by location and how busy the shipper is during the various seasons of the year. Shipping schedules during the holiday season can be very busy for all shippers. A physical 'ship to' RESIDENTIAL address is required. Buyer is responsible for providing an accurate address.
Shipping Costs: Shipping is included in the price of the items.
Cancellations: We do not accept cancellations.
Returns: We do not accept returned items so please read descriptions and details carefully, particularly with regard to size and color so that you are confident with your purchase. Please reach out to us prior to ordering if you have questions or need more information.
Damaged/Defective Items: We review and pack items carefully to make sure they are transport ready. However, damage can happen during shipment and we will assist you with making an insurance claim with the shipper should your item be damaged during delivery. Photos will be needed so keep all original packaging until the claim is settled.
Missing/Stolen Items: We have never had this happen with any of our customers but theft does occur. We stay in contact with you during the shipping process so we can both monitor the scheduled delivery. We are not able to replace or refund missing items that the shipper shows as delivered.
