Hello! I am a one girl shop where I do everything from creating my little works of art to packaging and shipping to making sure my customers are happy!
How it’s Made
Our coasters are made by cutting glass pieces then arranging into a pattern or design then placing in a kiln and heated until the glass melts (fuses) into a solid piece of glass. The process takes about 18 hours as the temperatures need to be controlled.
All coasters are hand cut, hand assembled and designed.
Mugs are printed by sublimation (using heat to transfer the design's ink). We do the printing of the mug in this set.

Returns
1. We do not accept returns, but if there is an issue with your order (broken, missing pieces ect) please contact and we will make it right
Shipping
1. our processing time is 1-3 days from time of order to shipping.
2. we use USPS as the shipping carrier
3. once the package is in the shipper's hand, we are not responsible for delays on estimated delivery dates
