Phil Darst is a multi media artist from Sarasota, Florida. Phil lives near beautiful Siesta Key Beach so he creates art about sand, sea, sky and sea-life. Phil also paints other subjects he thinks you may find of interest.
How it’s Made
This was created from a photograph I had taken when strolling Siesta Key Beach. A Pelican was eating a fish so I photographed it. Later I used the photo to draw and paint with Pastel sticks on 80 Pound pastel paper.
