Shop Policies
Processing Time: We will get you a draft within 1 business or sooner. Please check Goimagine email to respond as soon as possible as not to delay your order. Unless digital, items are processed starting the business day after approval. Most items take about 4 days to be shipped unless framed or canvas items make take longer depending on season and holidays.
Cancellation & Return Policy: We accept cancellations within 24 hours or later if we have not started your order. Refunds are not accepted due to the custom nature of the order; however, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we will send a replacement right away.

How do I personalize?
READ description in the listing for customization. MOST REQUESTS ARE INCLUDED in cost. COPY & PASTE personalization in the box at checkout. (choices for: colors, name, date, etc..) If you don’t know how, then type in account email after or by messaging seller =) **CHOOSE STYLE you like from listing pictures. Count from left to right and give that number skipping any videos with a short description. Example, #4 blue white star quote with waves & sun & names sasha steve. For photos if included, attach high resolution in email, we do not edit photos. After purchase, check account email for your proof. Revision is provided, if your proof is not correct :)
Can I get a proof before purchase?
The major portion of custom artwork is the time it takes to create, therefore we require a purchase first =) We have celebrity clients & major companies that we also require the purchase prior to proof, so we keep it the same for all clients, to be fair to everyone. We provide the proofs in order received in our email inbox =) Once you purchase your Custom Artwork, we will send you a proof =) You can ask for a revision if your proof is not correct =)
How long does it take?
Typically you will receive a draft within 1 business day or sooner. Busy seasons a draft might take 1-4 business days. ALLOW MORE TIME TO PROCESS & FOR DELIVERY. Shipping times vary depending on season. Overall most items arrive within 1 to 2 weeks, one day after approval. Busy seasons can be over 2 weeks before shipping your item. ALLOW ADDITIONAL TIME FOR PROCESSING & DELIVERY! Expedited delivery options are available at checkout. What is the DIY option & how does it work?
DIY are high resolution files that can be printed at CVS, Walgreens, Staples, your home computer, Our print partner link provided in listing, online print companies, or a local print shop. You can have us make ONE SIZE in 16x20, 8x10, 5x7 or smaller. You save money on larger sizes and international orders. Once you approve, your non-editable files are given in ONE size of your choice 16x20, 8x10, 5x7 or smaller & will be sent via email to fit ONE media such as paper, canvas, or other. Additional cost to reformate in additional sizes. These may NOT be used for resale or any commercial use. These CANNOT be resold or edited. We do have editable files available upon contacting us with your request.
Custom Cartoon Art - How Does It Work
Does not apply to ship ready cartoon art. We start with the art before adding the wording which is usually a day or two for a pre-draft to see if we are on the same page with your request. Send us lots of photos :) After that we send the first draft of which you can ask for slight revisions that will be applied to the final draft. Keep in mind that this is cartoon, so it will not be photo realistic. We have some pre-sketch and photo reference next to some of the the listings, so you can get a feel. The art will have characteristics that match the couple and vehicle, just not a photo realistic version. Upon acceptance of the art, the next step is to add the words, any background in our shop or plain if preferred, and color changes. There is no limit to word changes :)
