Interlabial pads are a unique mixture between a regular pad and a tampon. As the name implies, the interlabial pads are placed folded over the vaginal opening and in between the labia. Many women find them very comfortable and easy to use (they are!). If you want to try something new and different that will do the job, interlabial pads are a must.
Interlabial pads are recommended for very light flow, discharge or spotting. Many people also use interlabial pads in conjunction with a menstrual cup to safeguard against a possible leak from a full cup.
As with any menstrual pad, we recommend changing your pad at least every 4 hours, depending on your flow and needs. Each woman is different, you decide what is best for you.
Cloth pads are not prewashed. To activate absorbency, wash the pads before first use. Easy to Clean. After use, wash and dry at low temperature. Please refrain from using fabric softener or bleach when washing your pads.

OUR MISSION
Today’s progressive women have become increasingly aware that a modern lifestyle does not necessitates production of massive waste. We seek choices, solutions, and transformation. Hume’s Shop reusable menstrual care products aims to provide a choice that agrees with the lifestyle and core values of women who like to be informed about the underlying philosophy of the brands they use, and how these brands provide solutions and transformations that are better for our planet.
Women use thousands of single-use tampons and pads throughout our lives thereby creating an enormous amount of waste that may end up on the ground, in our rivers and oceans, harming our environment and wildlife. Our mission is to provide sustainable menstrual care products. We aim to reduce waste and the negative impact disposable pads and tampons have on our environment.
Make the change. Switch from disposable to reusable menstrual products.
“Be the change you want to see happen.”

How it’s Made
Our pads are handmade in the USA. Always handmade at our shop when ordered and never bought pre-made for resale. Our pads are not mass produced or imported. We use domestic materials when available and strive to work with small local businesses when possible. All the fabrics we use are made in the USA, including the organic 100% cotton fabrics, eco-friendly PUL, and the 100% cotton fabrics, except the ones with prints. Fabrics with prints are obtained through a large US company who most likely imports their fabrics.
Please keep in mind that because all fabrics are hand-cut and pads sewed individually, minor variations may occur.
