HOW TO CARE FOR YOUR BOARD:
- Use warm soapy water to clean the surface, then be sure to dry thoroughly to prevent damage to the board over time.
- Don't submerge the board in water or wash it in the dishwasher.
- To keep your board looking its best over time, we recommend using a food-grade mineral oil wood conditioner approximately once a month or as needed to refresh and rehydrate your wood board.
- If you use your charcuterie board, we recommend cutting only on the non-engraved side to preserve the engraving.
*Please note that every cutting board is unique, and the color of the wood may vary from the picture. Some boards may also engrave slightly lighter or darker than the photo is shown.
There may be Knots, cracks, etc., on the piece of wood, which occur naturally.

We offer a 24-hour cancellation window for orders.
To cancel your order, email info@jarijadecreations.com with "Cancel Order/Order Number" in the subject line within 24 hours of purchase.
Once the cancellation is processed, a full refund will be issued. Please allow 8-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
Return Policy:
Personalized items are not eligible for returns.
Non-personalized items have a 1-day return window from the delivery date.
Returns must be shipped back to us by mail.
A 75% restocking fee will be applied to all non-personalized item returns.
Returns are only accepted if the reason for the return is due to our error.
In these cases, we will promptly replace the item at no cost to you.
