All of the baby's birth information is embroidered on the front of the pillow cover which has a zipper on the back to make it easy to remove the pillow form for easy washing of the cover. This soft quilted heirloom pillow cover with a colorful dinosaur and jungle theme and birth statistics embroidered on the front is machine washable in cold water, gentle cycle. You can either lay flat to dry or put it in the dryer on low heat. It measures 18x18 so a 16x16 pillow form will fit, which can be purchased from me. For a fuller look you can purchase an 18x18 pillow form at any local craft store or retail store. For shipping cost purposes I don't offer the 18x18 form. This pillow cover will be loved by the new parents and is the perfect keepsake gift. If you need anything done differently, please send me a message and we can discuss any changes you would like. Hi! I make personalized embroidered aprons, quilts, reading pillows and Easter baskets. If you need a special baby shower gift, new baby gift, birthday gift for a child or any kind of special gift then please take a look at my shop. Shop Policies
How are items packaged?
I ship most items in poly mailers.
How are your packages shipped?
To keep shipping costs down I mail all items through USPS Ground Advantage Mail. This takes approximately 7 days, depending on where you live. The option to ship priority mail is available in my shop at an extra cost. Delivery times are not guaranteed as once the item has been shipped it is out of my control.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
I do not accept returns because most everything is personalized unless the item is damaged and can't be fixed. I will need a picture of the package and a picture of the damaged item. Please send me the pictures as well as your explanation of the damage. As soon as I receive the pictures and damage explanation I will determine the best way to resolve the situation. I want you to be happy with your purchase and return for future purchasing for yourself or a gift for others.
How long does it take for my order to ship?
Usually orders are mailed out within 1-3 weeks if all supplies are available. Custom orders may take 4-6 weeks if I do not have the supplies on hand and need to order them. Please check individual items for shipping times.
Custom and personalized orders
I do custom orders but these can not be returned unless the item is damaged. Allow 4 to 6 weeks before it is shipped.
Shipping Policy
Please verify the shipping address you have provided to make sure everything is correct. My Boutique By The Beach is not responsible for lost or undeliverable packages.
What if my package is lost in the mail?
All shipping labels have a tracking number and you will receive an email once the shipping label is printed with the tracking number. Most issues can be resolved by using this tracking number and contacting you local post office.
Care Instructions
Following are the washing/drying instructions for items I sell:
Quilts: Machine wash cold, gentle cycle. Use color catcher sheet if you have them available. Machine dry low.
Aprons: Machine wash cold, gentle cycle. Machine dry low, hang to dry or dry flat.
Embroidered Reading Pillows: Machine wash cold, gentle cycle. Can be machine dried on low but air drying flat is preferred.
Embroidered Quilted Pillows: Machine wash cold, gentle cycle. Use color catcher sheet if you have them available. Machine dry low.
Easter/Halloween Baskets: Spot Clean Only.
