How Digital Works
You will receive a proof within 1 business day of purchase. Once your proof is approved, we will email your files to the email provided at the time of purchase.
Where can you have your digital file printed?
Home- Using photo paper Matte or Luster recommended
Local Print Store- Walgreen, CVS, Walmart etc. offer same day printing for less than $5 depending on the size.
Online- Shutterfly, Snap fish, Vistaprint. Adoramapix and Nations Photo Lab will print 10x20

• 1" frame wood frame • styrene front to protect your print. Styrene is a type of plexiglass that is approximately .035 inches thick. • cardboard backing and sawtooth hanger for easy hanging.

RETURNS
We gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Digital downloads
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Insufficient Address, Unclaimed, and Returned Packages?
Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you. Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself. Returned without Authorization & Unclaimed Shipments - Personalized items are custom made to order just for you therefore we do not accept returns. Any items returned without authorization after delivery confirmation will be held and reshipped only at the customers request and expense. After 30 days, unclaimed and returned package
