How it’s Made
Once I receive the purchased order I start printing the base. After that I start modeling the name plate and make it ready to print.
After the base is printed I start to print the name plate. Then I put the hardware needed in the base. When the name plate is done I attach the name plate to the base using screws.
The whole process takes about 8 to 10 hrs.
The material used is HTPLA which is resistant to high temperatures and high impacts.
