After working as a dental assistant for 29 years, We started 14 years ago as a part time company, when my daughter asked for a Pandora bracelet and I just could not see paying that much for it so our jewelry store began. We have grow from a small start-up mother daughter team with home parties to a full time web store and store front . We have now close the store front to spend more time at home and to be able to home school my son. I now am working on my on since my daughter has married and has kids of her one. I take great care to give you the best quality with our hand stamped line stamping each order one at a time as they come in daily. With 14 years of stamping experience . Returns and exchange details
Refunds and Exchanges:Because most orders are custom, I do not accept returns or exchanges.on custom orders. Any item with misspelling or errors will be remade for you and you must contact us with issue upon receipt of item ( we do track all package to make sure they arrive ) * Please note, that our store policy on stacked charms : We understand that many customers would like children or grandchildrens name place in birth order from oldest to youngest but that is not always possible due to space issues, We can not fit a long name on a smaller disc, as in a 10 letters name can not be put on a disc that holds 5 letters. Also due to the look of the item having a longer name on top and a short name on the bottom will look odd and out of balance. We have done these before at customers instistance and found that they did not like the look and wanted remakes.We will not make a item that the artist feels will not look good or smush a long name on a small disc, If you insist, you agree that if you do not like the look you will pay a remake charge. If we contact you and get no respones on this issue,after several attemps Item will be made as the artist feels will look the best, by purchasing you agree to this policy. If you have a problem with any custom item....please convo me and I will work with you to resolve the problem. ANY ATTEMPT TO ALTER OR CORRECT A ISSUE ON YOUR OWN VOIDS ANY RETURN OR REFUND ON ITEMS. IF YOU DAMAGE IT YOU HAVE VOIDED THE RETURN POLICY . We will except returns on non -customized personalized orders. You must contact us with in 1 hour of order to cancel or with in 1 day of receipt . There is a 10 day limit for returns. Items must be mailed back and packages as they were send out , in a bubble mailer with tracking to avoid damage,. If items is not mailed in a like manner as it was sent to you , so there is tracking and proof of mailing the customer is responsible if the items is lost or damaged and no refund or exchange can be made. ( Exchange would then require a material fee) All items are stamped by hand one letter at a time, any difference in depth or alignment of letter, is part of the art form and is not considered a defect but part of the character of the piece. .
