What the world needs now are puns, sweet puns...
My name is Erin Nesbit, and I'm a wife, mom of 5, and pun-lover from Baton Rouge, Louisiana. I'm also the creator of Hello Mosswood.
Growing up, and even more so now, my family tries to "out-pun" each other, just to see who could come up with the best. So, puns hold a special place in my heart. I want to bring back chuckles and positivity, but at no one's expense. Just good, clean, innocent jokes that bring people joy. My aim is to offer lighthearted humor in the form of cute, bright graphics and loads of puns (Because who doesn't like puns?). I even wanted the graphics to be smile-inducing on their own, so I decided to draw my own. I felt the best way to portray my intent for my cards would be if I designed and drew my characters myself! I like to think of my characters as being child-like in their innocence, but not childish, if that makes sense. They're able to be loved by both adults and children, and I love that so much!
A greeting card can do, and be, so much. It's not just a folded-up piece of paper. That folded-up piece of paper makes people smile, laugh, cry, and appreciate. It also contains heartfelt words from a loved one. That folded-up piece of paper is a connection. And it's given both for every reason and for no reason at all! Just because!
I love knowing that one of my products helps connect two people. No matter if those two people are in the same room or thousands of miles apart, they've still held the exact same item in their hands, they've laughed at the exact same pun, smiled at the exact same characters, and that's a personal connection that can't be denied.
All of my products are intended to bring happiness, humor, and puns to people's lives. They are all designed with love, and I hope you see that in them.

Shop Policies
*PROCESSING TIME & SHIPPING*
It's my mission to have your items shipped as quickly as possible. My current processing time is 1-3 business days. The 1-3 business day processing time does not include shipping time. This is the amount of time I take to create and package your order. Once your order is shipped out, it usually takes about 2-6 business days to reach you.
To keep shipping costs low, my default shipping method for stickers and card orders of 1-3 cards is via standard letter mail. This method does not include tracking. However, if you'd like tracking for your order, an upgrade for Ground Advantage with tracking is available to you at checkout. In a rush? I also have Priority shipping available at checkout!

*REFUNDS*
Please note that I cannot give refunds for cards that arrive too late for an event. I do my very best to get my orders out as soon as possible, but once your order is in the hands of USPS, I have no more control over how long it takes to get to you, as much as I wish I did! Grr!
If your order is marked delivered, but you don't see it in your mailbox, it could be that the envelope has just been marked delivered at your local post office or processing center. Please allow 1-3 more business days for it to show up in your mailbox. I truly appreciate your patience!

*WARRANTY*
While all of my orders are packaged with care, sometimes a mail monster can somehow sneak onto the mail trucks to dropkick poor, unsuspecting packages. Should there ever be any damage to any product upon arrival, please don't hesitate to contact me! I pride myself on excellent customer service. I'm here for you!
