Packing and Gift wrapping
We try to be conscious of the environment and try to reduce our packing as much as possible. If you need your items in separate boxes, please write us a note and we will do so, however additional handling and shipping charges may apply.
We can ship this directly to the gift recipient. The package slip will not include price.
Please also know that although every effort is made to photograph our items accurately, since our items are made from natural materials each piece may have slight variances in color, grain, and texture. Meet the Maker
We are a small family business located in the Foothills of the Great Smoky Mountains in the small community of Greenback, TN. It has been our dream to start a home-based business that we could run as a family after my husband who is now retired from the military, serving his country for over 37 years.
In 2016, as the popularity of the stainless steel tumblers grew, we started powder coating and personalizing the cups for our family and friends, and everyone loved them. Word spread, and we soon had orders coming in from all over the country. Since then, we have expanded our business to include rustic handcrafted wood signs, many made from reclaimed wood from right here in East Tennessee.
In 2017, we expanded our operation to include laser engraving to allow even more items to be personalized. We have the ability to not only help consumers, but also can help businesses create corporate gifts, as well as offer wholesale pricing to local gift shops looking for unique items to add to their store.
Our goal for Foothills Custom Gifts is to help our customers create a gift that is just as special and unique as the person you’re buying it for. As we grow, we hope to continue to expand and offer a variety of custom personalized gifts and pass our business down to future generations.
