NAME COLOR: Please view all pictures for sample colors. Pictured are red, purple, and white but you can select a custom color. Please use the drop down menu to select your choice. If you chose custom color please leave color name in the notes section at checkout or send me a message after purchase. Some ideas for other colors options are > hot pink, fuchsia, lime neon/green, aqua, yellow. These are just suggestions. I have lots of thread colors so just message me and we can find the perfect color if none of these work for you.
MADE OF: This clip is lovingly made with a glitter leopard print vinyl for the front and a high quality acrylic felt for the back.
SIZE/DIMENSIONS: Your name will measure approximately 2.5" wide X 1" tall and placed onto a jumbo paper clip that measures 2" in length. So in total, this paper clip will measure 2.5" wide X 2.25" tall.

MY SHOP'S ORIGIN:
My journey began in 2011, crafting hair bows for my daughters, which eventually led to selling them. Along the way, I discovered 'felties'—embroidered felt appliqués—popular for hair clips and bow centers. Intrigued, I invested in my first embroidery machine, and my love for embroidery blossomed. Over the years, felties evolved into various crafts, including magnets, I.D. badge holders, pencil toppers, and, as showcased in my shop, embellished paper clips.
However, my embroidery journey didn't end there. I delved into 'in-the-hoop' embroidery, creating an array of items like pen holders and keychains. You'll find a diverse range of these creations in my shop. I take pride in crafting pieces with meticulously curated color schemes. Paired with my fondness for office accessories, Bold Chic Accessories was born.

How it’s Made
Creating custom planner clips involves a meticulous process that starts with manually digitizing the design using specialized software. I carefully select the perfect color of vinyl and matching thread combinations to ensure a cohesive and attractive look. The design is then stitched onto the vinyl and felt using an embroidery machine. Once the embroidery is complete, I hand-trim each felt piece to ensure clean edges. These felties are then securely attached to paper clips using a glue gun, resulting in unique and high-quality planner clips. Each clip undergoes a thorough quality check to guarantee the highest standards of craftsmanship.

Shipping
Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Custom orders may take longer, depending on the complexity of the design.
Shipping Method: All orders are shipped via USPS and come with tracking information. Standard shipping times apply.
Shipping Cost: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary based on the destination and weight of the package.
International Shipping: We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Returns and Exchanges
Returns: We accept returns for non-personalized, non-custom items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original condition. To initiate a return, please contact us at boldchicboutique@gmail.com. Please note that shipping fees will not be refunded.
Personalized and Custom Items: We do not accept returns for personalized or custom items unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Exchanges: If you wish to exchange a non-personalized, non-custom item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will guide you through the process. The item must be in its original condition and unused. Shipping fees for exchanges are the responsibility of the buyer.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
Cancellations
Order Cancellations: If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase. Once an order has been processed, it cannot be canceled.
