Photo Submission Guidelines:
- If your personalized item requires a photograph or image, please provide a high-resolution, clear, and unedited photo. Blurry or low-quality images cannot be used for customization. If we find that the photo is not suitable, we will reach out to you for a replacement.
Order Processing Time:
- Most personalized items are handcrafted and take 1-3 business days to create. Shipping typically requires an additional 3-5 days. If you have a special deadline please reach out to us beforehand to confirm availability.
Shipping Information:
- We ship all orders via USPS First Class or USPS Priority Mail. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, and while we strive to meet estimated delivery dates, we cannot guarantee exact arrival times. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.
Address Accuracy:
- It is the customer’s responsibility to provide an accurate shipping address. If an item is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, we cannot issue a refund. However, we are happy to reship the item at your expense. If tracking indicates that an item has been delivered to the correct address, we cannot offer a replacement or refund.
