- The only option with a pillow insert is the 16"x16" white square pillow. The Optional pillow form insert is hypoallergenic with no added chemicals or flame retardants. Extra plump and holds it's shape.

Shipping Policy: We ship items via USPS, UPS and FedEx. Heavier Items tend to be shipped by UPS ground.

Because all of our items are personalized, customized and handmade, the amount of time to make the item is listed on each product page.
Return Policy:
If you are unhappy with your item, please contact us within 15 business days to work out a return. We do not accept returns for personalized items that you have changed your mind about or "no longer need". We are a handmade small business.
