Hello! My name is Lori, and I live in beautiful Northern Idaho. My love for paper and design inspired me to start this business.
I cherish the art of showing gratitude through handwritten letters and notes. In a world where digital communication is the norm, a handwritten note stands out as personal and heartfelt. It doesn’t have to be perfect, but it should come from the heart. As Dr. Maya Angelou beautifully said, "I've learned that people will forget what you said, people will forget what you did, but people will never forget how you made them feel."
At Lori J Design, my goal is to help you spread happiness with a simple little note. Handwritten notes may be rare, but they are always appreciated and remembered.

How it’s Made
♥ This notepad is crafted entirely in-house in Northern Idaho, from cutting, and binding to packaging. Every step of the process and design is done without outsourcing.
♥ The paper, manufactured in the USA, is exceptionally smooth and made from renewable resources, including sustainably managed forests and recycled pulp.
♥ The sturdy backing prevents bending, even when held on your lap.

Shop Policies
Return Policy
Every product we sell is handmade with love in Northern Idaho. Our goal is for you to love your products and use them with pride. If you are not satisfied for any reason, contact us and we'll do everything we can to keep you satisfied as our #1 customer. Returns are welcome on all non-personalized notepads. Personalized notepads and digital wall art are not eligible for returns unless we make an error.

My Item Arrived Damaged
We're so sorry to hear that happened! We know nobody wants to receive a broken or damaged product. If you received your item and it's damaged, please email us at shoplorijdesign@gmail.com or use the message buyer on the homepage.
What we need from you if this happens:
A photo of the damage
Your original order number
Your full shipping address
Once we confirm the damage and validate the order, we'll help you process the return and get your product replaced.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
We do not accept exchanges on any personalized notepads. However, if you would like to exchange a non-personalized notepad, please contact us by using the message buyer on the homepage or email us at shoplorijdesign@gmail.com
You will be responsible for the shipping costs both ways.
Returns & Refunds
We will provide a return label for all incorrect or damaged products within the US. If you would like to do an exchange, you will be responsible for providing your postage, and you will receive an invoice for the return postage label before sending the item.
Refunds for returns will be processed, less shipping costs unless the error was ours or the product was damaged. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after arriving at our shop location.
Disclaimers
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
