About this Product
Personalized wall art with bright woodland snails as the letters and accented with leafy vines! Perfect for babies, toddlers and kids of all ages! This is my original drawing that you will be receiving, either in the form of an unframed 8x10" (or 11x17") piece that you would frame yourself, or you can order this art mounted on a wood plaque with natural twine for hanging! Makes a thoughtful gift, and looks great over the crib or bed, or used as a door hanger! The photos show different examples of what this art looks like framed or mounted, and if mounted your piece will have a clear protective coat on the front. I can comfortably fit 7 letters on an 8x10" but if your name has more characters I will do the art on an 11x17" paper at no extra charge! You should still have enough border space when choosing your own mat/frame. However, if your name requires a longer piece of wood for mounting the art, there is a difference in price, so please be aware when making your selection for proper pricing. The wood plaque fitting the 8x10" artwork measures 12" long and 5.5" wide. The longer wooden sign will still measure 5.5" wide but lengths will be different to fit, according to the number of letters required. If you have a certain color theme you would like me to lean towards please let me know! The MILLY piece is going in a green animal themed bedroom so I tried to use more greens in the artwork. The FELIX piece is for a typical boy bedroom so this example was done with more blues. If you do not specify a preference for color the artwork will be done in the various bright colors you can see in the photo of the whole alphabet! The personalized paper artwork is lined with tissue, rolled and sent in a shipping tube; the personalized wood plaque wall hanging is carefully wrapped and sent in a sturdy regular box.

I got this idea after creating my own nursery alphabet wall art using snails for the letters! Every personalized piece is meticulously drawn by hand and tinted with colored pencil and ink on heavyweight art paper! You can choose to receive an unframed original piece of art or have the original artwork mounted on a wooden hanging plaque!

Due to the hand painted, made to order nature of most of my items, please allow up to 10 business days to process orders during the months of October, November and December.
