Hi, I am Normi and I always love to craft and design. I have been putting off my idea to start crafting and sharing my creations until Covid 19 hits in 2019. The pandemic changed many lives around the world including mine. Crafting and designing help me avoid my worries and store my sanity during difficult times.

Shop Policies
You are entitled to cancel your order within 24 hours without giving any reason for doing so. To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision using a clear statement.
We will reimburse you no later than 2 days after receiving your cancellation. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
DIGITAL TEMPLATES
Digital Templates items don’t accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. Please contact the seller about any problems with your order.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), labels, stickers, paper tag and wrappers. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
