This is a personal creation of mine; I call it the "Unlocket Locket". Everyone is unique and personalized with your own photo. I can also put a dragon's eye instead of a photo if you wish.
They are made with silver-plated, gold-plated wire, sterling silver wire (925) or with a silver tone dual swivel bezel that comes with 2 photos. The Unlocket Locket can be made into a key chain, a pendant, a visor hanger (pictured with the dragon eye and triquetra), a guitar or a bracelet. The bracelet is 7" with one photo. Additional photos can be added for up to a total of 4 photos. All pendants come with a matching silver plated, gold plated or sterling chain.
No one is alike so they might vary from the photos. These are custom made so please allow 10 business days for production plus shipping. Custom rules do apply.
**On all custom pieces, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required and the remainder due when the piece is created. Please note that there is no returns or refunds on custom orders.

Refund and Returns Policy
Overview
Our refund and returns policy last 14 days from receipt of item. If there is a problem with the merchandise due to a defect, I will repair it free of charge, unless it is due to wear and tear of the item (see below for instructions for repairs). If you are not satisfied with the item, it can be returned, and you can choose an item of equal value, or I will refund your purchase price and tax. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Shipping fee is non-refundable.
Refunds and returns are not available for:
· custom or commission pieces
items not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery
Prior to returning the item, please send us an email at kathyskreations2@att.net with a description of your item, the problem if damaged and if you want an exchange or refund.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded or exchanged. Sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at kathyskreations@att.net and send your item to: Kathy's Kreations, 1567 Highland Ave, Vero Beach, FL 32960.
Shipping returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Kathy's Kreations, 1567 Highland Ave, Vero Beach, FL 32960.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
