How it’s Made
Our ornament-making process is a labor of love, ensuring each piece is crafted with precision and care. It all begins with selecting high-quality 1/8 birch wood, which we meticulously sand to achieve a fine smooth finish. To enhance the ornament's elegance, we paint the wooden boards black, creating a stunning backdrop for the design. We then laser engrave the design onto the ornament, capturing every intricate detail. The final touch is the addition of a natural hemp hanger cord, adding an eco-friendly element to our creations. Every ornament is thoughtfully packed and shipped to deliver a unique and special piece that embodies both craftsmanship and personalization.

Damaged Items / Replacement:
If you receive a damaged item, proof via photo is required. Please send us an image of the damage and we will send out a replacement to you.
