Cancellation
Cancellation requests are accepted within 24 hours of purchase.
Estimated Shipping Times
Orders are shipped via USPS. US deliveries are usually within 2-10 days. Actual delivery time will depend on your chosen shipping method and destination.
Items marked as "delivered" by the USPS are considered delivered for the purposes of refunds and cancellations.

Lost, Stolen or Undelivered Packages
We are not responsible for any packages that have been lost, stolen, or undelivered. Shipping insurance is available upon request. We are unable to replace or reship items purchased without insurance. All lost, stolen, or undelivered packages without insurance are the responsibility of the buyer. Delivery Delays
We make every effort to ship timely. Sometimes delivery delays do occur with third party shipping services. We cannot guarantee any delivery times should any shipping delay occur as this is out of our control. Refunds are not issued once orders have shipped or for any orders not delivered on time. Returns and Refunds
Custom and personalized orders are non-refundable. Your satisfaction is my top priority. If after receiving your order you have any questions or concerns, please contact me within 3 days and provide photo evidence. A possible replacement would be offered if the item is faulty or damaged.
