- The Final Portrait will be emailed to you in PNG format.

Pet Photo Submission Guidelines:
- When checking out, please upload clear and well-lit photos of your pets.
- Preferably, use photos taken in natural light for better results.
- Photos with your pet facing forward work best.
- Ensure no crucial parts of your pet's face are missing in the pictures.
- If you encounter any issues with photo selection, we will assist you in creating a beautiful piece of art.
- Turnaround Time for Embroidery Products:
- The usual completion time for embroidery products is 1-3 business days.
Proof for Physical Embroidery Products:
- We will send you a digital proof of the embroidery design before we embroider the physical product.
- We aim to ensure all customers are satisfied with their final product.
- Embroidery Patch Application:
- Please note that iron-on patches are still meant to be sewn on as the adhesive is temporary.
- To apply the patch:
- Prepare the item by ensuring it is clean and dry.
- Iron the fabric to remove wrinkles and excess moisture.
- Remove the paper backing from the patch and place the adhesive side on the item. (The adhesive does not adhere to Nylon).
- Protect the patch surface by covering it with a cloth.
- Iron on high heat for 10-15 seconds or until fully adhered. Use caution to prevent burns.
- For added security, add a couple of stitches in the four outermost points of the patch.
