❧ Sealed and pretreated with food grade mineral oil
❧ Please note- due to the nature of real wood products, pattern, shade and color of the board and engraving may vary slightly
HOW TO ORDER:
❧ Please select wood type for your custom cutting board from the drop down menu (Rubberwood or Walnut)
❧ Enter your personalization details exactly how you with them to appear, including capitalization. Please provide the exact details you wish to see on the board, as the information will be directly copied and pasted into the design.
❧ Please be sure to double check names/dates that you enter as we cannot accept returns unless the error was made on our end.
CARE INSTRUCTIONS:
❧ We recommend using engraved side of the cutting board for display and the other side for food preparation
❧ Give your board a quick hand wash after each use; mild soap and warm water are best
❧ Never use a dishwasher and refrain from soaking it in water
❧ Towel dry after hand washing and then stand your board up on one end or place it in a drying rack and allow to air dry completely
❧ While our Cutting Boards are pre-oiled, you should continue to oil the wood regularly (whenever it starts to feel dry). You can use food-grade mineral oil or a food grade butcher block conditioner or your choice.

Shop Policies
Returns and cancellations are accepted if the following conditions are met:
❧ Contact us within 3 days of delivery
❧ Ship items back within 7 days of delivery
❧ Request a cancellation within 2 hours of purchase
Conditions of return:
❧ Buyers are responsible for the cost of shipping charges both ways. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
The following items cannot be returned:
❧ Due to the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for "Custom" or "Personalized" items.
