Return Policy

Due to the custom and personalized nature of our products, This and That Shop does not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at thisandthat@gmail.com. You must include your order number and photos of the damaged or defective item. We will provide a prepaid return label for the return of the damaged or defective item. Upon receipt and inspection, we will issue a full refund to your original form of payment or provide a replacement item, at your discretion.

• Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or defective, in which case This and That Shop will cover the return shipping costs.

• Items must be returned in their original condition, with no signs of use, damage, or alterations.

• Refunds for damaged or defective items will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item.
