Processing Time
-Due to the handmade nature of each Item, processing times vary. Please refer to the item listing for the specific processing time. If you ever have any questions about receiving items sooner, please message me.
Returns
-Due to the custom made nature of most items, returns are not accepted (Exceptions do apply) However, If there is an issue with your order, please contact me as soon as possible so I can correct the issue.
Exchanges
-Please, please refer to size charts and sizing recommendations when ordering apparel. Because items are made to order, I cannot guarantee immediate turn around of a new item. Customers are also responsible for return shipping.
