Shop Policies
Commissioning Process:

Payment:
- A non-refundable deposit may be required before the commencement of the artwork.
- Full payment is due upon completion of the commissioned piece.
- Prices are determined based on the size, complexity, and medium of the artwork.
Timeline:
- The estimated completion time will be communicated during the consultation and may vary depending on the workload and complexity of the project.
- Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, but we will make every effort to meet agreed-upon deadlines.
Changes and Revisions:
- Minor adjustments can be made during the creation process, but major changes may incur additional charges.
- Once the artwork is completed, only minor revisions will be accepted.
Copyright and Reproduction:
- The artist retains the copyright to all commissioned artworks, and may use them for promotion purposes.
- Reproduction of commissioned pieces for commercial purposes without explicit permission is prohibited.
Cancellation:
- The client may cancel a commission prior to start of the artwork; however, once the drawing commences the fee is non-refundable
- If the artist needs to cancel for any reason, a full refund will be issued.
Shipping and Handling:
- Shipping costs will be communicated and are the responsibility of the client.
- The artist is not responsible for any damage that may occur during shipping.
Privacy:
- Personal information provided during the commissioning process will be kept confidential.
Communication:
- Clear and timely communication is essential for a successful commission. Both parties agree to respond promptly to inquiries and provide necessary information.
