I will create an original watercolor painting from a photograph you provide, expertly capturing your pet’s unique character—be it silly, regal, or cuddly. Each portrait is painted on high-quality 140 lb / 300g paper using artist-grade pigments, ensuring a stunning and lasting result.

How It Works:
1. Contact Me: Send a copy of your photo before making a purchase to discuss any details and get your pet portrait scheduled.
2. Creation Time: It takes approximately 1-2 weeks to complete your painting.
3. Approval: I will email you a photo of the nearly finished painting to ensure it meets your expectations.
4. Delivery: Once finalized, your original artwork will be mailed to you. Note: the painting does not come framed, but it is designed to fit standard store-bought frames, avoiding the need for custom framing.
Due to the personalized nature of custom portraits, returns or refunds are not available unless the item arrives defective or damaged. All sales are final.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

If for any reason you are not satisfied, just contact me within 7 days of receipt and I will refund your purchase price less shipping charges.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Refunds will be made after receiving the return.
Please note - Due to their nature, custom order sales and digital download sales are final and nonrefundable.

In stock items ship within 1-3 business days from receipt of payment.
Special Orders may take 2 to 4 weeks to complete
All items ship via USPS. The service used is based on size and weight restrictions for your order. Postal delivery should be within 3-10 business days.
The USPS publishes the following delivery time estimates for the postal services I use: Ground Advantage 2-5 business days and priority mail 1-3 business days.
