Shop Policies

Refund available only for faulty product (minus the cost of shipping) and product must be returned at buyers expense.

Exchanges and replacements are handled on a case-by-case basis, with the shop owner ultimately determining the final resolution.

Utmost care is placed on providing hypoallergenic findings, however there may be variance in the composition of the materials. Please contact the shop owner if there are concerns before shipping and alternate findings may be available.

The style of jewelry findings may be swapped before shipping (shape, color, size of ear hooks, posts, plastic hooks, studs, etc.), though some alterations may not be available.
