• Delivery times commence once the package is handed over to the post office, rather than at the time of placing the order.

• Here's the good news: I do accept returns - even for custom pieces - if there is a mistake on my part or a defect in workmanship. But don't worry, they're rare because my creations are made with love and care! If, by some unlikely chance, you receive a custom item that's defective, don't fret! I'll be more than happy to assist you with a return. However, please keep in mind that damage caused by mishandling from the shipper or customer isn't considered a defect. Let's work together to ensure your satisfaction!
• Your happiness is my priority, so please reach out to me within 48 hours of receiving your package if you encounter any issues with your order. I want to help!
• To streamline the returns process, kindly wait for my approval before sending anything back. Once approved, please make sure to ship the return within 5 business days. This helps me to quickly process your return and get things sorted out for you.

Are Shipping Times Guaranteed?

Unfortunately, shipping times are beyond my control. It's important to consider the estimated shipping times provided by the carrier (most often – the post office). USPS does not guarantee specific delivery dates except for 1 and 2 day packages, and while I strive to ship orders promptly, I cannot control the exact arrival date of a package. Once the post office marks a package as delivered, I have limited control over the information available to me. If you encounter any issues with a delivery, I recommend reaching out to your local post office as they will have the most up-to-date information.

Can I Get A Return Shipping Label?

I understand the importance of a smooth return process. For return postage, please note that the customer is responsible for covering the cost. At this time, I do not provide return shipping labels unless the item was initially defective. To ensure a satisfactory purchase experience, I kindly recommend reviewing the item description carefully before making a purchase, specifically regarding sizes and quantities. If you have any further questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to reach out.

How Much Will I Be Refunded?

I refund the item cost + tax. For items that were shipped with free shipping, any returns or exchanges will be subject to a deduction of the actual post office cost of shipping from the refunded amount, except for items that were received damaged. In order to verify the damage and potentially file a claim with the post office, I kindly require that you provide photos of both the damaged item and the packaging ASAP. This will assist in ensuring a fair resolution. If the packaging was damaged during transit, a picture prior to opening can make things move much quicker. If you have any further questions or need assistance with the return process, please don't hesitate to let me know.

I Didn't Get My Package, Can I Get A Refund?

If you haven't received your package but the post office has marked it as delivered, it is recommended that you reach out to the post office to inquire about the delivery location. They have access to GPS data from their scanners, which allows them to determine the exact address where the package was delivered. If an error occurred, they should be able to assist you in locating or retrieving the package. However, if the package was indeed delivered to your address according to their records, the post office may not be able to provide further assistance.

In cases where a package was delivered to your address but you are unable to locate it, I am unable to offer a refund. That is between you and the carrier. It is advisable to file a stolen mail report with both the post office/carrier and your local police. This will help authorities track incidents of mail theft and identify any potential patterns. Please inform me if you find yourself in this situation so that I am aware of the circumstances.

If the package was not delivered according to the tracking information or there is no record of it being received, please contact me, and I will work with you to find a suitable resolution.
