This limited edition original Pink Flaming is painted on a small cotton canvas with a turquoise background. I love to use bright, bold acrylic paint in different color combinations to achieve a semi-realistic style finish. For my signature sparkle, the edges have pink metallic leaf, as well as a few random specks on the front, and a brush of glitter glaze in the beak. All of my canvases are finished with a coat of water based gloss varnish.
