No Refunds or Cancellations
If something is wrong with your order due to an error on my part (wrong item, missing item, etc.), please let me know and give me a chance to make it right by shipping the correct item.
Shipping
Orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days in most cases. Please keep in mind, this is the timeframe for me to process and ship. This does not include shipping times. I am not responsible for delays caused by USPS.
The time it takes to ship your package will be determined by the USPS. I am not responsible for any delays they may encounter. The shipping times they give are estimated by them. You will be provided with a tracking number for your order once it has shipped. If your order is lost in the mail, you will need this number to locate your package. USPS will not consider a package lost until it is 30 days out, so I can't do anything until this time has lapsed. Once the USPS has marked your package lost, I can send you a replacement or refund. I cannot refund shipping charges unless a mistake has been made on my part.
