Processing Policy
Shipping: U.S. shipping is FREE/included in the price (First Class). Time in transit may vary depending on USPS.
Processing Time: Please allow for 3-5 business days for item creation in addition to shipping times.
Order Modifications: Don't hesitate to get in touch with the seller for any modifications, however, any modifications must be discussed prior to creation. (Example, coloring of beads, clay, and/or findings.)
Return Policy
Eligibility:
Items are eligible for return within 30 days of receipt.
Returned items must be in new, unused condition and in their original packaging.
Proof of purchase will be required.
Process:
Contact the seller to initiate your return. Please provide your order number and reason for the return.
Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label.
Pack the item securely in its original packaging and affix the provided shipping label.
Drop off your package at the nearest shipping carrier location.
Refunds/Exchanges:
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Exchanges are available if you wish to swap your item at the discretion of the seller.
Return Shipping Costs:
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
In cases of defective or incorrect items, we will cover the return shipping costs.
Non-Returnable Items:
