When my oldest, McKenna, struggled to find personalized items with her unique name, I created a custom Christmas ornament for her and shared it on my website. The positive response inspired me to start a local business and then expand to the e-commerce community. With over 9,500 sales and a 5-star rating, I left my corporate management job to pursue this passion full-time.
