Shop Policies
Shipping
All shipping is USPS Ground Advantage. If you want an earlier delivery, select Priority shipping.
Orders are processed in 1-3 business days, dropped off at a USPS facility.
Orders are delivered by USPS, and USPS estimates delivery times.
Packaging
Products will be shipped in at least one layer of plastic (envelope or plastic bag) to guard against unforeseen exposure to the elements.
Products may be folded to minimize its size for shipping; when you get the product, simply open it up and start using to work out any fold lines.

Repairs
I will repair the product, e.g., broken seams, within the first 30 days of receipt.
Please contact me first to describe the repair needed, so I know what to expect.
The customer is to return the product at their expense.
I will repair and send back the product at my expense.
Allow 2 weeks for me to receive, repair and ship the product back out to you.
