(STL files for 3D printing) Our square cutters are available in every 1mm increment, ranging from 4mm to 20mm, to ensure an ideal fit for all your projects. They are designed to be stackable, maximizing your storage efficiency. Each cutter is clearly marked with its size in millimeters for quick identificationUseful for making bezels, cutouts, measuring clay for blending, custom bead design and so much more! You will download individual STL files for 17 cutters. The cutters feature a sharp 0.4mm cutting edge, a total height of 12mm, a comfortable 4mm top surface with rounded edges, and a secure 2mm overhang for easy lifting. They're compatible with all home 3D printers.
These files are extensively tested on my Ender 3 printer. While the settings depend on the printer model and filament used, here are the settings I use, for reference:
Nozzle: 0.4 mm
Layer Height: 0.1mm
Infill: 20%
Support: not required
Filament: PETG or PLA

Hi Friends! I've been always passionate about computer graphics that is a fusion of artistry and technology. I employ a mix of various techniques and formats, including vector and raster images, photo editing and CAD modeling. Every design I create, I extensively test for usability and printability... like using my own printed cutters to make polymer clay earrings. I take custom orders for clay and cookie cutters, and also for general image design. I find joy in creating my own unique designs.
