Shipping and Processing Time

Everything is made to order.

Orders take 3 - 7 days to process. This time starts after the FIVE hour cancellation window.

A tracking number will be provided.

Pictures are taken of every order on the day of shipping and can be sent upon request.

Return Policy

Due to the nature of the items, I do not accept returns or exchanges.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact me here so that we may come to a resolution.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

Since each and every set is hand painted, the follow cancellation and refund policy applies.

After you place your order, you have FIVE hours to cancel. (Ex. If you place an order at 3:00pm, you have until 8:00pm to cancel.)

If you cancel after FIVE hours, you are subjected to a cancellation fee. This is because your order will be started within five hours.

The cancellation fee is 40% of the price of the nails BEFORE shipping day.

(Ex. If you paid $50.00 for nails and cancel after six hours, you will only receive $30 back. This is to cover any materials used for your set when you canceled.)

If the order is cancelled the day of shipping, the cancellation fee is 90%.

(Ex. If you paid $50.00 for nails and you cancel them the day that they will be shipped out, you will only receive $5 back. This is to cover any materials and postage paid for your set.)

There are NO refunds for improperly ordered nails. This includes:

Wrong Sizes. { Sizing kits are offered. If you choose to measure your nails on your own, Midnight Emerald Nails is not responsible for incorrectly measured nails.

To better assist you in sizing your nails, I use Beetles Brand Nails for the Short Oval, Short Square, Medium Coffin, Long Coffin, Medium Stiletto and Medium Almond.

I use other brands for Long Stiletto, XXXL Ballerina, and XXXL Stiletto. <- Sizing Kit recommended for these sets unless a larger set is ordered.

Most orders of toe nails will come with a 26 nails. However, a sizing kit is available for these nails. }

Nail Design. { If the nails ordered are different than the nails pictured, the design may look a bit different. A short nail design on a longer nail will look different as the design

has been changed to fit the nail. This is the same for a longer nail design on a shorter nail. A design may be elongated or shortened / "cut off" depending on the

size and / or shape of the nail. }

Wrong Shape. { If you wanted Long Stiletto nails, but order Medium Stiletto or XXXL Stiletto, please send a message after you order. Costs will be adjusted for the changes.

Example: If you order one shape, but wanted another - you will need to message me and may either receive a partial refund or need to pay an extra cost depending

on what is wanted. XXXL Nails typically cost more than Short Nails.

However, once the order is in further in process, or if it occurs the day before / day of shipping - the cancellation policy applies. }

Wrong Address. { If the wrong address is listed, please message as soon as possible to fix the address. There will be no refunds on any orders if the incorrect address is provided

and the order is already shipped out. Please double check that any address - whether yours or another person's - is correct. }
