Meet the Maker
My mother always told me, “a gift of the hand is a gift of the heart.”
When I’m at the sewing machine, my thoughts are for the women who will eventually use my products.
Are you a bride purchasing makeup bags for your attendants? Perhaps you’re a recent graduate just starting a career and needing a colorful pouch to tuck into your purse or briefcase. Or maybe you’re a teenager who wants something cute to carry your air-pods and some cash.
Whoever you are, I imagine sewing for you and imbue what I make with love and hope for your pleasure.
My items are truly handmade. I limit the number of projects that I sew at a time, and I don’t keep an inventory of fabric, so each design comes in limited quantities.
From my hand and heart to yours….
How it’s Made
This fabric came directly from Kauai where I was visiting. My friend opened her NINE FOOT WIDE BY NINE FOOT HIGH fabruc vault. She told me to take anything that I wanted abd went off to take a shower.
My hand were shaking! My heart was singing. I restrained myselr and chose this luscious floral and deep pink polka dot.
Handcrafted with care, each bag is made from 100% cotton—inside and out—for softness, strength, and longevity. I carefully choose every fabric for its personality and charm, then pair it with a perfectly matched (or boldly contrasting) lining. Zippers are custom-mixed in playful color combos, adding a unique touch to every piece. Thoughtful pockets inside and out keep things beautifully organized. Made slowly, with intention—just for you.
