This the original design of the pride flag that was created in 1978. This is the eight bar design which is different than the modern 6 bar design. (which is also available in our shop.)
The wooden round Pride Flag is made by selecting fallen trees from our Forest Farm and cutting them into various size wooden rounds. The wooden rounds are then painted with a color wash that adds a great color pop but allows the beauty of the natural wood grain to shine through. The painted rounds are then assembled onto a Birch wood backer to create the vision that was dreamed up back in 1978.
The wooden round Pride Flag is made by using a combination of Pine, Maple, Birch, and Poplar
The Pride flag is a proud 14 inches tall and 17 inches wide
