Shipping policy

At Raven King Crafts I do my best to get items shipped as promptly as possible.

• Most items will ship within 3-5 days. UNLESS STATED OTHERWISE ON THE LISTING

• I will contact you about any delays. The concern there is making sure the paint, dye or sealant is 100% dry before shipping.

• Custom and Wholesale items will get their own shipping estimate when a quote is given.

• Items ship first class USPS unless you pay for an upgraded shipping service.

• Items will have tracking numbers.

• Items will ship from 55369, Minnesota USA.

• Please verify your address before finishing your order or if you realized a mistake contact me immediately. I am unable to update your address once an item has shipped. I do not give refunds if you entered the wrong address unless they people at that address return the item to me.

• Delays in delivery or lost shipments. Orders are dropped off at the post office in person but sometimes there can be delivery issues. Please contact us if your tracking information for your package fails to update or if you fear your package is lost. If a package is lost by USPS a full refund will be given. If a package is confirmed delivered it may not.

• We do not give refunds if you have an item shipped to where you are temporarily staying, and we ship on time, but the item doesn't arrive on time. UNLESS those who receive the package return it. Then once it is returned, we will issue a refund.

• We do not guarantee delivery time, only our ship by date.

We do not sell your information to any other organizations / individuals or businesses. Your information is just for fulfilling your orders and offering support.

• Returns must be made within 14 days of delivery

• Refunds are issued once the item is received back

Change of Mind Returns

• We do accept change of mind returns BUT the buyer is responsible for return shipping if they simply change their mind. These returns must be made within 14 days of delivery. 

Refund for items Lost or Damaged by delivery company

• If your item is lost or damaged by the delivery company please contact us. 

Damaged? 

• Be sure to take pictures of the damage so they can be submitted with the company for a claim.
