About this Product

Measuring approx. 4.5"T X 3.5"W, these AWESOME olde crows will steal your heart. For each quantity purchased, you will get one PAIR (TWO crows). I've fashioned each grubby bird from muslin, aged, colored with black gel stain-TWICE, sanded and aged again. Featuring needle sculpted beaks and tiny button eyes, they are finished with luscious primitive polymer clay sunflowers sewn to their sides-you can see the flowers, layered from the background sunny gold to the middle rich brown and embellished with black faceted glass beads in the center, on the closeups-aren't darling? They will arrive as YOUR CHOICE of the bowl filler version (no string) or with a hanging string, so you can use as an ornament from the menu below. Anytime, all year long, you are sure to love this feller displayed as part of your farmhouse gathering-in your tiered tray decor, or hanging from a knob, nail, or peg rail.

My vintage Munising bowl and other staging props are NOT included but are intended to serve as an idea springboard for your own vignette. Fill a bowl with buttons or old spools and add a crow-or three. Place one into a vessel filled with rustic soaps to tuck into your powder room. Tie onto the front of a shabby chalk painted book bundle and stand upright. Delightfully neutral, he'll be adorable wherever you'd like to tuck or suspend them.

All of my items are available across multiple venues, and are sold first come, first served. Particularly for items made from vintage materials, I may not be able to make more. Please consider purchasing the items when you see them to avoid disappointment!

Fabric/quilts/trimmings with an indication of "vintage" or "antique" are NOT new; therefore, they may have wear, uneven color, small holes, and other age-appropriate imperfections. I make every effort to use the best parts of any fabrics, but they are seldom pristine. All of my fabric items are sewn completely around and a slot is cut into the back piece, which is NEW fabric, for turning and stuffing. When you see a hand stitched seam on the back, it is deliberate, not a flaw. By creating my pieces this way, I can achieve better more accurate shapes than I would by hand sewing shut a curve or corner. ~B~
