A light coat of stiffener has been added to the surface for durability so it can be used inside or outside on a covered porch.

Meet the Maker
Hi, I'm Beth, and I like to create. I live in a very rural community in SW Virginia with my husband and two dogs. I have two grandchildren and I play the piano at church. My favorite crafting mediums are crochet and painting, along with some sewing.
How it’s Made
Each pillow is created individually. The design is hand embroidered on the front and then it is stitched to a coordinating fabric for the back. After stuffing it and stitching it closed, I stain it and then add stiffener as the last step to help keep the spices from shedding.
